Resources

There are so many different reasons why people stop drinking or start questioning their relationship with alcohol. If you've been thinking about going alcohol-free, check out some of these resources for accounts from people who have. There are a mix of books, podcasts, and info for in-person support in Raleigh provided here. I'd recommend also following our Instagram account to see sober accounts we follow and tag as well.

Please reach out on the "Contact" page or send an email to info@zeroproofraleigh.com if you have any questions about these! Also a disclaimer: Zero Proof is in no way an expert on recovery from drugs and alcohol. These are just some helpful links of resources to explore sobriety and find help/community.
